Job Summary: The SOC Specialist, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, is responsible for onboarding newcomers to the SOC Team. What You Will Do: The role contributes to reviewing and fine-tuning technical customer reports, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of SOC runbooks, procedures, and use cases. Reporting to the SOC Manager.
