SOC Unit Supervisor

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a SOC Unit Supervisor to join our UniQue Security & Compliance Services team, part of our Professional Services Department. What will you be bringing to the team? This is a key role, with responsibility for leading SOC operations, supervising the SOC team, and acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex security incidents and investigations. We are looking for a hands-on cybersecurity professional with deep technical expertise in security operations, incident response, threat detection, and security engineering. The ideal candidate should be able to guide and mentor SOC analysts, coordinate advanced investigations, support high-severity incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC processes, detection capabilities, playbooks, and security technologies.
