Social Content Creator (Part-Time Consulting Role)

What You Will Do Do you have a track record of creating social videos that earn strong views, engagement, and shares? Do you know how to hook an audience, spot what’s trending, and quickly turn ideas into content people actually want to watch? We’re hiring a part-time Social Content Creator to bring Evergreen to life across Instagram and TikTok. You’ll create high-performing, platform-native content from concept through filming and editing, while bringing your own creative instincts, fresh ideas, and strong pulse on mom and modern lifestyle culture. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week. We offer a flexible schedule, with the expectation that availability aligns with content opportunities, campaigns, and occasional events . Key Responsibilities Create high-performing social content Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok Turn products, recipes, everyday moments, and brand ideas into compelling content that captures attention and drives views and engagement Develop strong hooks, concepts, and storytelling approaches that keep people watching and sharing Stay ahead of social and culture Keep a pulse on trends, conversations, and emerging formats across social, particularly within mom, family, food, wellness, and lifestyle culture Quickly translate relevant trends and cultural moments into timely, authentic Evergreen content Stay current on platform updates and evolving best practices Collaborate and create Partner with the marketing team on content for campaigns, launches, seasonal initiatives, partnerships, events, and activations Develop UGC and creator-inspired concepts that feel relatable and native to social Bring fresh ideas and creative energy to brainstorms and content planning Learn and optimize Use content performance and engagement to understand what resonates Test new hooks, formats, and creative approaches, applying learnings to continuously improve performance Qualifications A proven short-form video creator with a track record of driving strong organic views and engagement, including examples of content that has generated 1M+ views Hands-on experience taking social content from concept through filming and editing Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok and what makes people stop, watch, engage, and share Strong creative instincts and a pulse on mom, family, food, wellness, and lifestyle culture Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the Evergreen brand Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, Final Cut Pro, or similar Proactive, organized, and able to move quickly from idea to execution Collaborative, curious, and excited to experiment and help grow a fast-moving brand Why this Role Matters Social is one of the most important ways people discover and connect with Evergreen.
