About The Role
To support the delivery of Social Impact ensuring maximum impact and benefits to the communities where we operate.
This role will see you operate across two sites across the East Anglia area so regular travel will be required.
What you'll be doing
- Reporting to the social impact manager/project lead, create and deliver project Social Impact requirements on multiple projects.
- Third Sector Engagement
- Report and monitor all Social Impact measures which includes evidencing local labour, local spend, arranging work experience, recruitment from priority groups and community-based activities.
- Awareness of internal and supply chain apprentices
- Co-ordinate and deliver workshops within schools and FE’s in areas of STEM and construction.
- Coordinate charitable donations and community-based volunteering
- Support CCS audits on site.
- Develop education engagement content
Who we're looking for
- A passion for creating meaningful social impact in the communities in which we work.
- Stakeholder Engagement.
- Previous experience in delivering, monitoring, and evidencing social impact
- Understanding of the third sector
- Knowledge of the education system
- Experience of working with Priority Groups or those furthest from employment
