The Role We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Associate to own strategy, ideation, and execution for all of Chariot’s social platforms. You’ll manage our content calendar, brainstorm fun campaign ideas, and coordinate with influencers and creators to bring bigger content to life. You're just as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it; we want someone who can organize ideas and hop on camera for quick TikToks/Reels when needed. You’ll thrive here if you… Know what’s trending on TikTok, IG, and how to spin it for a brand. Can wrangle a content calendar like a pro. Love organizing and executing small ideas quickly. Can track performance, test new formats, and adjust based on what’s working. Are comfortable replying to DMs/comments in a voice that’s fun, smart, and true to us. You’ve played around with AI content tools and can generate content quickly Have experience/success with social media growth loops Bonus: You’ve had content go viral before and think you can do the same with ours!
