Our Central Support Office (CSO) in Victoria, London, is a driving force behind our business. Its team of specialists provides tailored support to our cities worldwide. If you want to get on board, check out the vacancy below.

Brand and social media play a critical role in how customers discover, experience and engage with Big Bus Tours around the world. As our portfolio of cities and brands grows, we have an opportunity to build an even stronger, more consistent brand while creating locally relevant content that brings our destinations to life.
We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Brand Manager to cover a maternity leave and lead our global social media strategy across paid and organic channels. Working closely with our social media agency, you'll shape the content strategy, oversee influencer and creator partnerships, and manage the social budget. You'll use performance insights to balance brand building with commercial results across the customer journey.
Alongside social, you'll be the global guardian of the Big Bus Tours brand. You'll make sure our identity is applied consistently across channels and collateral, and you'll provide dotted-line leadership to two global designers. You'll help city teams produce stronger brand-led assets, and you'll manage our trademark agency to protect our intellectual property worldwide.
It's a hands-on senior role that connects our central marketing team, agencies, designers and city teams. It's a great opportunity for a proactive marketer with strong social expertise and excellent creative and brand judgement, who enjoys bringing people together across multiple markets. For more details, please see the job description on our careers page.

- Extensive social media experience with consumer-facing brands
- Proven experience managing organic and paid social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

It would be great, but isn't essential, if you also have experience in global or multi-market organisations, in travel, tourism or leisure, in brand marketing, or with trademarks and IP.
We're proud to offer all our colleagues a competitive benefits package, including:
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- 5% employer pension contribution
- Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay
