Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and Web3-savvy Social Media & Community Intern to support the growth of our English-speaking social media platforms, primarily Twitter/X and Telegram.

You will work closely with the Global Marketing team to engage with the community, strengthen our brand presence, and support marketing campaigns and product launches across the English-speaking crypto market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of Twitter/X and Telegram, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Support the creation of short-form and timely content, including memes, tweets, community posts, and other crypto-native content.
• Monitor social media performance metrics such as followers, engagement, reach, and sentiment, and assist with preparing weekly reports.
• Engage with community members, respond to user inquiries, and escalate important feedback or issues to the relevant team.
• Assist in organizing and executing online community campaigns, Twitter/X Spaces, giveaways, AMAs, and other community activities.
• Monitor crypto trends, competitor activities, trending topics, and viral content within the English-speaking Web3 community.
• Support other social media and community marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Year 4 undergraduate student or graduate student preferred, with Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related major.
• Able to commit to at least 4 days per week.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Twitter/X and Telegram, with an understanding of crypto culture, terminology, and online community trends.
• Strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, trading, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Active user of social media platforms with a good understanding of internet culture, memes, and viral content.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Previous internship or project experience in crypto, fintech, social media, marketing, or community management is a plus.
