Can you juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details? In this role, you must be a strong designer, writer and storyteller who can capture a client’s voice and visual identity. You should understand how the content you produce fits into a larger marketing plan. At KWSM, you will be part of a driven, hard-working team, while enjoying the balance of a hybrid schedule and every other Friday off. As a successful member of our team, you will be: The strategic architect and executor of comprehensive social media strategies A proactive creator, able to adhere to client style and brand identity guidelines A strong problem solver, focused on results and quality control A team player who leads through knowledge and consistent skills development Able to meet internal and client deadlines without fail You must have a marketing, graphic design or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience, possess a strong visual aesthetic, and be comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and the major social media channels. At least two years of experience is required, preferably within an agency. At KWSM, you’ll be given the freedom to make a difference for our clients and share your ideas and expertise. You’ll work independently and have responsibility for your client work, but will be supported by teammates who have your back and want you to succeed. KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We work a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
