Social Media Content Creator

Salary: PKR 37,000/month

Work Type: Remote

Part-Time: 50% of the full-time salary, equivalent to PKR 18,500/month

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and professionally skilled Social Media Content Creator who can produce high-quality visual content for social media while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and understand how to create professional, engaging, and visually compelling content for platforms such as Instagram.

This role requires someone who can take an existing visual direction, understand the design language behind it, and create fresh, original content that feels consistent with the brand.

• Create high-quality social media posts, promotional graphics, and other visual content.
• Design content specifically for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, composition, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.
• Create original designs based on an established brand style and visual direction.
• Develop promotional, educational, informative, and engagement-focused content.
• Adapt concepts and references into polished, publication-ready designs.
• Work with the team to understand campaigns, services, and content requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback when required.
• Ensure every design meets professional standards before publication.
• Maintain consistency across multiple pieces of content and campaigns.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong experience creating social media content and graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and visual balance.
• Good understanding of branding and visual consistency.
• Ability to recreate the visual direction and quality of an existing brand while producing original work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative direction and implement feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Adobe Photoshop is required.

Canva-only designers will not be considered.

Experience with Illustrator, Figma, or other software is not required for this position. Our primary requirement is strong professional Photoshop skills.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a design assessment before hiring.

The design task will be provided to shortlisted candidates at a later stage of the recruitment process.

Successful completion of the design assessment is required before a candidate can be hired.

Candidates must provide a professional portfolio demonstrating their social media design work.

Your portfolio should include relevant examples of:

• Instagram posts
• Social media graphics
• Promotional designs
• Branded content
• Carousel designs
• Other relevant digital marketing graphics

Candidates without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.

Full-Time: PKR 37,000/month

Part-Time: PKR 18,500/month

Part-time compensation is 50% of the full-time salary.

The employee's performance will be reviewed during a performance audit. Salary adjustments may be considered based on overall performance.

The position is remote, with working hours determined according to the agreed employment arrangement.

We are specifically looking for someone with genuine hands-on Adobe Photoshop experience and a strong understanding of professional social media design.

• The ability to produce clean, professional, brand-consistent designs is more important than simply knowing how to use design software.
