FaceFit Talent is a UAE-based casting and production support company connecting brands, agencies, production houses, and businesses with talent across the media, advertising, and entertainment industries.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative, confident, and reliable freelance content creator to produce short-form video content for FaceFit Talent’s social media channels. The role is remote and focused on creating engaging videos that showcase our talent, projects, and services.

You’ll manage the video creation process from idea to edited draft: researching trends, developing concepts, writing scripts, filming yourself, and editing the videos using CapCut. You’ll also review performance insights and use them to improve future content.

Responsibilities:

• Research relevant trends, formats, and hooks, and adapt them to FaceFit Talent’s brand and audience.
• Develop video ideas and write short scripts in Arabic and English.
• Create short-form videos featuring yourself, and, where arranged with the team, talent or project-related content.
• Film using your smartphone and basic filming equipment.
• Edit videos using CapCut and prepare captions where needed.
• Follow the content strategy and posting schedule agreed with the company.
• Upload videos as drafts for review before publishing.
• Review Instagram and TikTok Insights, identify what is performing well, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the FaceFit Talent team when content requires information, approvals, or participation from talent.
• Communicate reliably and meet agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable presenting on camera.
• Clear spoken Arabic that is easy for our audience to understand, and good spoken English.
• Experience creating short-form social media videos.
• Basic editing skills using CapCut.
• A smartphone and basic filming equipment, including clear audio and good lighting.
• An active Instagram account and examples of previous content.
• Familiarity with social media trends, hooks, and platform analytics.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with deadlines.
• Experience with brands, models, casting, or the entertainment industry is an advantage.

This is a remote freelance role with a monthly fee based on the agreed scope and deliverables. We’re interested in a long-term collaboration if we’re a good fit for each other.
