Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen the company’s brand and support client projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, capturing and editing photos or short videos, and monitoring social media channels for engagement. The Social Media Content Creator will respond to comments and messages, analyze performance metrics, and adjust content strategies based on insights. The role may also involve collaborating with internal teams and clients to align social media messaging with broader marketing and HR consulting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong social media content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video creation.
• Ability to develop and manage content calendars, campaigns, and strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Skills in social media analytics, reporting, and optimization using common social media management tools.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (office in Lekki and remote).
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and brand storytelling in a professional services or consulting context.
• Previous experience in a social media, content creation, or marketing role is strongly preferred.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to learn about HR consulting and business support services.
