Social Media, Content & Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

Salary: PKR 100,000–150,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

MaberLondon is a growing handbag brand selling across Europe and expanding further in the UK.

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media, Content & Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to help build and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and our website.

The main focus of the role is creating, publishing and improving high-quality content consistently, while also contributing ideas to content strategy and brand development.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish Reels, short videos, carousels, static posts and Stories.
• Manage the social media content calendar and regular posting.
• Edit images and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar.
• Write captions and adapt content for UK and European audiences.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style, tone of voice and brand presence.
• Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns and social-media strategy.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on results.
• Support influencer/UGC creator outreach and coordination.
• Update website content, including product images, banners, product pages and blog posts.
• Support basic SEO and repurpose social content for website/blog use.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, CapCut AI or similar to improve content workflows.

Additional experience that would be useful

As a growing business, there may also be opportunities to support:

• B2B or sales outreach, including email and Instagram / LinkedIn outreach.
• Lead research and simple CRM/tracker management.
• Customer support, including responding to enquiries and helping resolve straightforward customer issues.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you have:

• Hands-on and ability to create high-quality social media contents.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Experience creating Reels or short-form video.
• Some familiarity with European market and culture.
• Attention to details and interest / excited to work in women fashion and branding.
• Marketing experience with both targetting consumers and businesses (B2B).
• Experience adapting content for different markets and audiences.
• Experience with website/CMS tools such as WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify is a plus.
• Experience working remotely and reporting progress independently.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
• Experience with sales outreach, lead generation or customer support is a strong advantage.

Experience with fashion, beauty, accessories, lifestyle, e-commerce or another consumer brand would be particularly relevant.
