You’ll sit at the heart of our global marketing team, spotting what’s trending, turning it into content our local teams can run with, and helping Zenchef and CoverManager earn their place in the feed, legitimately and with style. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social, loves food content on social media, has a sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling, and isn’t afraid to pitch a bold idea (or challenge one). 🤝 Better Together — Your team You’ll join our global Marketing Team, working across multiple markets in Europe. 🚀 Progress over perfection — What you will do Spot the moment. Identify newsworthy and topical trends that local marketing managers (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and LatAm) can leverage for their social strategies, and flag how Zenchef and CoverManager can legitimately join the conversation. Build for scale. Create global content templates (posts, stories, reels) that local teams can adapt and run with in their own markets and languages. Support the top markets. Assist our largest markets (France and Spain) hands-on with social posts, stories and content production on instagram and TikTok Own LinkedIn. Help shape and execute the global LinkedIn posting strategy across both brands. Lift our reputation. Help improve review scores on key touchpoints (Trustpilot, Google Maps, app stores) through smart, coordinated campaigns. Keep an eye on the field. Run ongoing competitive benchmarks to see what others in hospitality tech are doing and where we can do better. 🥣 Your secret ingredient - What you will bring You are one of us if your heart beats hospitality. Video editing skills: you can turn raw footage into something people want to watch. Solid social media skills across the main platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). French and Spanish, plus conversational English (our working language). Creative confidence: you bring fresh ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to challenge the team’s.
