Social Media Manager

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and monitoring analytics to adjust strategies as needed. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather project updates, writing clear and relevant posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Manager will also stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep Kor One’s online presence current and professional.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing business profiles and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning editorial calendars and producing clear, engaging copy.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate project information into accessible content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance and inform improvements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
