Social Media Manager for a Business Consulting Agency in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Client Information The client is an Australian-based, Melbourne-centric event management and business consulting agency. The company specializes in orchestrating events and uses narrative thinking to curate and humanize strategic momentum. Job Description • Prepare 4–6 engaging social media posts per day ready for review and publishing across TikTok and other social media platforms. • Create weekly content plans, filming schedules and content calendars to maintain a consistent content pipeline. • Research current trends, viral sounds, competitors and content opportunities within the skincare and lifestyle niche. • Write engaging scripts for educational and lifestyle content, allowing the business owner to simply film the footage before it is edited. • Edit supplied footage into engaging short-form social media content (simple editing only). • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and customer enquiries while directing customers to the appropriate website links where required. • Manage customer emails, including collaboration enquiries, influencer opportunities and general customer support. • Process customer orders and assist with delivery and tracking enquiries. • Complete basic website updates, including products, pricing, banners and other website content changes. • Proactively contribute fresh ideas, identify opportunities and help grow the brand's social media presence. • Provide general administrative support as required.
