Social Media Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including Reels, posts, stories, videos, and property showcases.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and content calendars.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote properties, projects, offers, and company updates.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate quality leads and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and real estate marketing trends.
• Track performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and growth.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and agencies when required.
• Manage comments, messages, and online enquiries professionally.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, construction, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Good understanding of Reels, short-form video content, Instagram algorithms, and social media trends.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio of previous social media work will be preferred.
