What You'll Do As Pinnacle's Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing growth of the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms, including: LinkedIn Facebook Instagram TikTok X YouTube Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth Develop and execute enterprise-wide social media strategies that align with organizational goals. Create campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community impact. Strengthen Pinnacle's position as a leader in addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare. Support brand consistency and messaging across all social channels. Content Development & Storytelling Lead development and execution of the editorial calendar. Collaborate with facility leaders, community relations teams, and marketing partners to identify compelling stories from across the organization. Create content that highlights patient success, teammate impact, clinical expertise, community partnerships, and organizational growth. Develop content around healthcare awareness initiatives, industry trends, recognition events, and company milestones. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments and messages. Foster meaningful online conversations and engagement. Help strengthen Pinnacle's relationships with patients, families, teammates, and local communities. Build partnerships with influencers, advocates, and industry stakeholders. Analytics & Performance Define and track key social media performance indicators. Analyze campaign performance and audience insights. Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Measure engagement, follower growth, reach, and campaign effectiveness through reporting and dashboards. Executive & Thought Leadership Support Increase visibility and engagement for Pinnacle leadership social media profiles. Develop content strategies that elevate executive thought leadership and organizational influence. Support initiatives that strengthen Pinnacle's reputation and digital footprint. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of social media management experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Experience managing multiple social platforms simultaneously. Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics. Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience developing content calendars and measuring campaign performance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of social media management experience. Healthcare, behavioral health, or mission-driven brand experience. Experience supporting executive social media engagement and thought leadership initiatives.
