Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Manage content calendar and publish engaging, brand-aligned posts.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and business development teams to align messaging.
• Monitor trends and competitors to keep Formed ahead in digital presence.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for IT agencies, creative studios, or startups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating results in engagement and growth.
• Excellent writing skills in English; visual design sense is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business, Google Analytics).
