About the role
Own day-to-day social and short-form growth (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Work with founders on campaigns, creator/UGC workflows, and performance. You will also shoot simple on-camera demo videos of yourself that other creators can use as references.
Responsibilities
• Plan and post content calendars for TikTok / IG / FB
• Write hooks and captions in Egyptian Arabic (English when needed)
• Brief and coordinate UGC creators / freelancers
• Shoot demo / reference videos of yourself that other creators can mirror
• Track what performs; double down weekly
• Light community management and simple reporting
Requirements
• Based in Egypt
• Proven social / short-form content experience (portfolio or page links)
• Strong Egyptian Arabic writing
• Comfortable on camera — willing to film yourself for demos
• TikTok-native formats; self-starter
Nice to have
• Paid social / boosts experience
• Comedy / entertainment content background
• Basic CapCut / Reels editing
Type: Part-time, full-time, or hybrid — open to discuss.
Location: Egypt (Cairo preferred; remote / hybrid within Egypt OK)
