Job Description :

• Samostatné vedení social media projektů a každodenní komunikaci s klienty
• Tvorbu a rozvoj social media strategií pro různé značky
• Přípravu obsahových plánů a koordinaci tvorby obsahu s kreativním, produkčním a mediálním týmem
• Vedení social media produkce
• Briefování, připomínkování a schvalování kreativních výstupů
• Plánování a správu obsahu na Facebooku, Instagramu, TikToku a případně dalších platformách
• Spolupráci na nastavování a optimalizaci placených kampaní
• Vyhodnocování výsledků, přípravu reportů a formulaci konkrétních doporučení
• Vyhledávání nových formátů, trendů a příležitostí pro klientské značky
• Influencer marketing – od výběru a validace influencerů přes domlouvání spoluprací až po kontrolu výstupů
• Hlídání termínů, rozpočtů a kvality svěřených projektů

• Máš přibližně 3–4 roky zkušeností se sociálními sítěmi, ideálně z agentury
• Dokážeš samostatně vést klienta, projekt i interní tým
• Rozumíš jednotlivým platformám, jejich formátům, algoritmům i specifikům publika
• Přemýšlíš strategicky, ale neztrácíš cit pro kreativitu a detail
• Umíš pracovat s daty, vyhodnotit výkon a převést čísla do srozumitelných doporučení
• Máš zkušenosti s přípravou strategií, obsahových plánů, prezentací a reportů
• Dokážeš si dobře organizovat práci a udržet přehled i nad několika projekty současně
• Jsi proaktivní, spolehlivý člověk a problémy řešíš dřív, než se z nich stanou krizové situace
• Máš výbornou češtinu a/nebo slovenštinu a zvládneš pracovat také v angličtině (fluent level)

• Projekty, na kterých můžeš reálně ovlivnit strategii i výslednou podobu komunikace
