Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future
At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.
The Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will own Presidio's corporate social channels end to end. LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube are yours to run, from strategy and content production through to publishing, community management, and reporting, all managed in Sprout Social. Paid social sits with you as well. You will plan, build, and optimize Presidio's paid social campaigns, manage the budget behind them, and keep paid and organic working as one program. Alongside running the channels, you will build and scale Presidio's social employee advocacy program, the highest-priority growth initiative within this role. Presidio's team members hold expertise the market wants to hear, and advocacy will be how the experts reach audiences that corporate channels miss. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will partner closely with Demand Generation, Corporate Communications and Brand, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Partner Marketing to make Presidio a recognized name in AI foundations, cybersecurity, networking and lifecycle.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires 25-35% travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, editorial direction, and performance of Presidio’s corporate social channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, setting channel-specific goals, posting cadence, creative formats, and the quality standard for how Presidio shows up in social.
- Build and maintain the social content calendar, sequencing brand campaigns, demand generation launches, events, partner moments, recruiting content, and real-time opportunities into a coherent publishing rhythm.
- Build and scale Presidio’s employee advocacy program. Establish the operating model, enrollment path, content supply, and reporting cadence that make it sustainable and scaleable.
- Recruit and onboard advocates across sales, delivery, and technical teams. Secure manager buy-in and drive sustained participation through recognition, internal campaigns, and visible executive sponsorship.
- Supply advocates with share-ready content, playbooks, and coaching, sourcing stories and subject matter expertise from practice leaders and technical teams to feed both corporate and advocate channels.
- Manage all publishing, scheduling, listening, approvals, and reporting in Sprout Social, maintaining a single operating system for social across the marketing organization.
- Write, shoot, edit, and produce native social content, including copy, short-form video, graphics, carousels, and mobile-first video at events and customer sites.
- Manage communities across Presidio’s channels, set the response playbook, escalation path, and tone for comments, direct messages, and mentions. Engage in the conversations and meet Presidio’s buyers where they are.
- Plan, build, and optimize Presidio's paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and emerging platforms, covering audience and account targeting, creative, bid strategy, budget pacing, and ongoing test-and-learn.
- Own paid social budget and performance, reporting on spend efficiency, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution, and coordinating with Demand Generation so paid amplification and organic sequencing reinforce each other.
- Report on target-account engagement, audience growth within Presidio’s ideal customer profile, advocacy adoption and earned reach beyond Presidio’s own following, and social-influenced pipeline, and use the data to adjust strategy rather than to report activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation on organic sequencing, Communications on announcement alignment, Talent Acquisition on employer brand, and Partner Marketing on co-branded campaigns with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and others.
- Stay current on platform and algorithm changes, format shifts, AI advancements, and the industry conversations across AI Platforms, Security, Lifecyle, and Networking.
Required Skills:
- Proven ownership of corporate branded social channels end to end, including strategy, calendar, content production, publishing, community, and reporting.
- Native fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Genuine algorithm literacy on LinkedIn covering format performance, cadence, distribution mechanics, and visibility in agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with Sprout Social or an equivalent platform such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Later for publishing, listening, and reporting.
- Hands-on paid social experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign build, audience and retargeting setup, budget management, creative testing, and reporting performance against pipeline.
- Experience with a dedicated advocacy platform such as EveryoneSocial, Hootsuite Amplify, Firstup, or Sprout’s advocacy module, including selection and implementation.
- Hands-on short-form video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing on mobile with fast turnaround.
- Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Figma, and with video or podcast production beyond social formats.
- Data literacy across target-account engagement, ICP audience quality, earned reach, and pipeline influence, with the judgment to separate signal from vanity metrics and to state clearly where attribution is directional.
- Strong project management skills and sound judgment on brand, legal, and political sensitivity, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or channel and partner marketing.
- Paid social experience beyond LinkedIn and Meta, such as Reddit, X, YouTube, or programmatic display, and familiarity with conversion tracking setup and offline conversion imports.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling an employee advocacy program, paired with the ability to influence colleagues who do not report to you and turn reluctant participants into consistent contributors.
- Background running internal communications or enablement campaigns that changed employee behavior, social selling training for sales teams, or employer brand work alongside Talent Acquisition.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
Overall, 4-7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or technology environment, including hands-on ownership of corporate brand social channels, paid social campaign management, and experience with employee advocacy or employee-generated content programs. Portfolio or channel examples required.
