The opportunity

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow Lifesum’s organic social presence and community across all our markets. You’ll set the direction for our organic channels, decide what we publish and when, and lead our partnerships with UGC creators. Your work will inspire millions of people to eat better, move more and live healthier every day.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover, starting in January 2027 at latest.

You'll be based at our Stockholm HQ at Repslagargatan 17, Södermalm, and report to our VP Growth.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve our organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels

• Plan and manage the content calendar, balancing always-on, seasonal, reactive and campaign content

• Create platform-native content (photo, video, text), and brief and edit quick-turn assets

• Write copy and captions that fit both our brand voice and platform trends

• Grow, engage with and moderate our community, building brand trust and loyalty

• Identify, negotiate and activate partnerships with brands, creators and wellness platforms, with a focus on UGC creators

• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Support to bring social into wider campaigns

• Collaborate with external partners where necessary

• Analyse KPIs, content performance and community sentiment, and use the results to optimize and report

• Keep the team up to date on content trends, platform features and creator culture

Who you are

• 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience, including experience from an app company, ideally within health or wellness

• Strong experience creating and publishing content on TikTok, Instagram (incl. Reels and Stories), Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Pinterest

• Skilled in photo and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express

• Experience working with UGC creators

• Solid understanding of social analytics, platform insights and tools like Buffer and/or similar

• Excellent copywriting skills and a portfolio of social content you've created or led

• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, and good at managing several projects at once

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• An AI-first mindset – you actively use AI tools to work smarter

• Based in the Stockholm area – the role is office-based at our Södermalm HQ, in line with our hybrid office policy
