About the Role We're looking for someone who lives and breathes vertical content: someone who understands the platforms mechanically (not just culturally), knows how to feed the algorithm without sacrificing authenticity, and can show up consistently in a space where consistency is everything. You'll have full ownership of our social presence (TikTok, YT, IG, X) across all channels and the autonomy to build it your way. Skills We Are Looking For 2 yrs of managing Social Media channels for a brand, owning growth, and engagement Deep understanding of how platform algorithms work and how to use that knowledge to drive real results. Strong communication skills able to write copy that sounds human and engaging without a lot of hand-holding. Active D&D / TTRPG player, game master, or other experiences in gaming: speaks the community's language natively Nice to Haves Experience in gaming, entertainment, or community-driven brands Video editing skills in TikTok, CapCut, AI Tools, etc Leveraged content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite Who You Are You might be a good fit if you see yourself in some of these traits: Low Ego. You choose truth over credit, invite critique, and change your mind with new evidence. Curiosity. You teach yourself new things for fun, wear many hats, and ask insightful questions by default. You can’t help but build, you prototype early and iterate fast, you share what you make. Product Judgment. You know what “good” looks like, scope ruthlessly, and ship with taste and data. Mission-Driven Owner. You care deeply about what you’re building, do right by players, and finish what you start. We move fast and build ambitiously. If you optimize for status over outcomes, tend towards a victim/blame approach, or speak in buzzwords without artifacts, we probably aren’t the team for you.
