We leverage their experience to create content that is relevant and engaging for our clients and potential clients, with the goal of making technology more accessible and impactful in their day-to-day practice. We work intimately with the broader VALD business – Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance – helping to shape the client experience and the overall public perception of VALD. Our goal is not simply to hit our numbers but to elevate VALD’s reputation as an innovator and thought leader in the health and performance industries. About this role The Social Media Manager – Europe will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of VALD’s European social media presence, working closely with both our European and global marketing teams. Primarily working across English-language channels, you will plan, coordinate and publish engaging social content that brings VALD’s products, people, customers and expertise to life. You will also play an important role in community management, helping VALD engage meaningfully with practitioners, organisations and professionals across Europe. Beyond VALD’s corporate channels, you will work closely with our local Business Development Managers (BDMs), helping them build their own professional presence on social media. This includes supporting content creation, providing guidance and best practices, and making it easier for our regional teams to share relevant, authentic content with their networks. Working between our local European teams and global marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in building awareness of VALD and promoting our products, services and expertise across the region. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building a stronger, more relevant and engaging VALD social presence across Europe. You will: Maintain a consistent cadence of high-quality, locally relevant content. Grow awareness, reach and engagement among VALD’s key audiences. Empower local BDMs to confidently create and share effective social content. Identify and amplify regional customer stories, events and opportunities. Use performance insights to continuously improve content and channel effectiveness. You’ll join a growing global business operating at the intersection of technology, health and human performance. This role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of VALD’s social presence across Europe while working closely with both local teams and our global marketing function. You’ll have access to a constant stream of stories from practitioners, sporting organisations, events, research and new technology – and the opportunity to turn those stories into content that builds VALD’s presence across the region.
