Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in back-office and customer service support for US-based businesses. We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager with proven experience in the food industry.
The ideal candidate has successfully managed social media accounts for restaurants, or food brands, or similar businesses and has a portfolio demonstrating engaging content and measurable results. This person should be creative, organized, and able to grow a brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
Develop content calendars and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Write compelling captions and optimize posts to maximize engagement and reach.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions as needed.
Track social media performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Recommend creative ideas and opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.
Collaborate closely with the client to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for food-related businesses.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and successful social media campaigns.
Positive client testimonials or professional references.
Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
