Social Media Manager + Strategist
WarriorbabeWhy WarriorBabe?
WarriorBabe is a women's fitness and nutrition coaching brand built for women 35+, helping them change their bodies through a hormone- and nutrition-led approach, not fad diets. We have a large, engaged audience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, a talent-led content engine, and a paid media program running at real scale. Organic is our biggest untapped channel.
Our Mission
Help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin.
About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager and organic strategist to own our organic system end to end. This is not a posting-and-scheduling role, and it is not a role where someone hands you a calendar and tells you what to make. You'll set the strategy.
We have the pieces most brands are still trying to assemble: a large, loyal audience, strong on-camera personalities, a script and production pipeline already in motion, a skilled design and editing bench, and an ambassador roster. We're bringing in a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of that engine and point it at growth.
You'll own organic and social strategy, build and run the content calendar, drive concepting so we're creating content designed to break out rather than content that fills a slot, keep deliverables moving across talent, agencies, editors, and design, and own the numbers that show what's working. And we want to start to see strong numbers. You'll also connect that content to the funnel through ManyChat and chat automation, lead magnets, and sales cadence, working closely with our email team so nothing falls through the cracks between "someone engaged" and "someone in the hands of our sales team."
We want someone who thinks in strategy and systems, not tasks. If you've grown an account through a deliberate content strategy and can show us the numbers that prove it, we want to talk to you.
What you'll own
Organic and Social Strategy
- Own the organic strategy across channels: what we post, why we post it, where it goes, and what it's supposed to do for the business and how it drives first click conversions.
- Define and maintain our content pillars, and make sure every piece of content maps to one.
- Build platform-native strategy per channel rather than cross-posting the same asset everywhere. Build the quarterly and monthly organic roadmap, and translate company goals into an organic plan that gets us there.
- Broaden our content range across the education, hormone, nutrition, transformation, and empowerment angles that resonate most with a 35+ audience.
Content Calendar and Production Planning
- Own the calendar. This is where the role has the fastest impact, and it's the first thing you'll be measured on.
- Build and maintain a live content calendar covering filming, editing, approvals, publishing, and promotion, planned weeks ahead.
- Block filming days with our talent in advance, get scripts reviewed and prioritized ahead of shoot days, and keep the pipeline full.
- Plan the visual grid and content mix so every channel looks intentional.
- Set and hold a repeatable posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Document the workflow so the system is repeatable and transferable.
Viral Concepting and Creative Direction
- Own where ideas come from. Concepts should be sourced deliberately from trends, performance data, audience language, and our pillars.
- Develop breakout concepts: hooks, formats, series, and trend adaptations built for reach.
- Build and maintain a hook and concept library, and a swipe file of what's working in and outside our category.
- Brief scripts, graphics, thumbnails, covers, and edits with clear creative direction so the output matches the intent.
- Study our own outliers and competitors' outliers, then systematically replicate what works. You should be able to explain why a post broke out, not just that it did.
- Set a target for outlier posts every week and be accountable to hitting it.
Deliverable and Vendor Orchestration
- Know where everything lives. We work with an external script agency, multiple editors, a graphic designer, on-camera talent, and an ambassador roster. You are the hub making sure everything gets incorporated.
- Manage the deliverable pipeline in ClickUp: assign, track, and close out. Nothing sits. •
- Hold agencies, editors, and designers to deadline and quality standards, and forecast capacity so the calendar always has what it needs.
- Route content through QC and brand review cleanly, so quality stays high and turnaround stays fast.
- Maintain organized, accessible asset libraries. Anyone should be able to find the right asset without asking you.
Performance Ownership and Reporting
- Own the numbers. Not as an after-the-fact report, but as the input that drives next week's plan.
- Build and run unified channel-level reporting: growth, engagement, views, saves, shares, cadence, and outliers, booked sales calls, all in one place.
- Own the weekly organic scorecard and report to leadership on what worked, what didn't, and what you're changing because of it.
- Own attribution hygiene: tracking links, UTMs, bios, and descriptions, so we can tie organic directly to leads and booked calls.
- Set CTA strategy so content drives measurable action, not just follows.
- Identify top-performing organic assets and hand them to the paid team for repurposing, preserving social proof via post IDs.
Chat and Email Automation
Build and manage ManyChat flows tied to our keyword-trigger framework (MACROS, RECIPE, HORMONE, WORKOUT, QUIZ, and more), and coordinate with our email team's automation workflows so content, chat, and email work as one system rather than three separate ones. Own the health of these flows so they're always live and always converting.
Lead Magnet Strategy
Audit and refresh the lead magnets on warriorbabe.com/shop and roll out new ones monthly as content volume grows: PDFs, recipes, and guides pulled from what's actually resonating in the content.
Sales Cadence Coordination
Align social and chat touchpoints with our sales follow-up cadence so engagement actually converts, not just accumulates. You're measured on movement toward a sale, not just likes and follows.
Community and Engagement
Keep comments, DMs, and community response on-brand and timely, coordinating with our community lead. Surface testimonials and client wins from the community and turn them into content.
Collaboration and Partnership Management
Source and manage collaborations that grow reach: podcast guest spots for our founder, creator partnerships, cross-posts, and collab posts. Support the ambassador program with briefs, scripts, and a current content vault so ambassadors post on-brand independently.
What you bring
- Proven organic strategy experience with numbers to back it. You have built an organic strategy from scratch or rebuilt a struggling one, and you can walk us through the before and after: follower growth, engagement, views, and ideally leads or revenue. Come ready to talk specifics.
- You are exceptionally organized. Calendars, trackers, and documented processes are how you work, not something you'll get to later. You build systems that keep running whether or not you're in the room.
- A track record of breakout content. You've made things that took off, and you can explain the thinking behind them. You know how to build a hook, a format, and a series, and how to spot a trend worth adapting.
- Proven experience managing and growing a high-performing Instagram account. DTC, wellness, fitness, or coaching space strongly preferred. TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook experience strongly preferred.
- Comfort with numbers. You can build a report, read engagement and conversion data, and use it to make decisions, not just report on it. Experience with analytics and attribution tooling is a plus.
- Experience coordinating creative production. Briefing editors, designers, agencies, and on-camera talent, and holding deadlines across all of them.
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat or a comparable chat-automation platform.
- Working knowledge of email marketing/automation platforms and funnel logic. You don't need to own email, but you need to speak its language and coordinate with the team that does.
- A real grasp of lead magnet strategy and how content, chat, and email work together to convert an audience into customers.
- Strong writing skills and a good ear for brand voice. You can write copy that doesn't sound like AI or a corporate account: short, punchy, fifth-grade reading level, no em dashes.
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable moving fast and owning outcomes in a small, in house team.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing in the fitness/wellness/coaching space.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or e-commerce-linked content.
- Experience briefing, training, or managing ambassador or affiliate creators.
- Experience building an in-house content function.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Metricool, Canva, or comparable tools.
How We'll Measure Success
- A live content calendar built and held, with filming planned ahead and posting cadence hit consistently.
- Growth in organic-sourced leads and booked calls, with clean attribution behind the numbers. •
- A consistent rate of outlier posts, and a documented reason behind each one.
- Follower and engagement growth across priority channels.
- Weekly scorecard reporting leadership can trust.
- A fully documented organic playbook the whole team can run from.
