Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support OneResume.ME’s brand presence across major social platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content tailored to job seekers and recruiters. This is a full-time, remote role, where the intern will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, optimize posting schedules, and monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

Daily responsibilities include Assisting in content ideation, scripting and editing short-form video reels, drafting copy, and coordinating visual assets, and ensuring consistency in voice and messaging. The intern will also help respond to comments and messages, track social media trends, and provide regular reports and insights to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing activities across platforms.
• Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including a keen eye for video editing tools and scripting engaging hooks.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge, with an understanding of audience targeting and campaign objectives.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear writing and professional interaction with online communities and internal teams.
• Interest in career-tech, HR-tech, or platforms focused on professional identity and job search.
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools and metrics such as impressions, engagement rate, and click-through rate.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
