Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern (GulbergGreens Office) will support Right Tail’s marketing efforts by creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Gulberg Greens area (Islamabad/Rawalpindi only), with regular on-site work in Rawalpindi and some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, creating basic visual content, monitoring engagement, and compiling performance reports. The intern will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social media campaigns with overall digital marketing goals and brand guidelines. The role also involves researching industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to suggest improvements in content and strategy.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned posts and visuals.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external messaging.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) and an eye for visual aesthetics is an advantage.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gulberg Greens (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) with a hybrid schedule, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Interest in technology, software products, and startup environments is a plus.
