Social Media Marketing Manager 20k PLN per month (5k-10k PLN bonus)

We are building a private, invite-only members community focused on bringing together ambitious, interesting people through curated introductions and well-designed social experiences. We are looking for someone who can build and represent this community—not just manage it.

This is a Warsaw based role and is fully remote.

The Role

Social Media Marketing Pro! You’re the kind of person who knows everyone, brings people together effortlessly, and loves being at the center of a great social circle.

What You’ll Do

• Build and develop a curated network of members through various marketing channels
• Identify and onboard high-quality individuals via outreach
• Host small, well-designed social events (10–30 guests)
• Create a welcoming experience for members
• Act as the main point of contact for the community
• Help define the tone, standards, and culture of the community
• Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and overall brand presence
