Our photobiomodulation technology is backed by scientific research, guided by a Scientific Advisory Board of globally recognized surgeons, and in use across 30+ international markets. We're building the Intelligent Recovery Platform™ and expanding across the Middle East through our subsidiaries in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We're looking for someone to own how that story shows up online in the region.

About the Role

This is an ownership role, not a support role. It is fully remote and based in Egypt. You'll own the social presence for ELIXIR MD Inc's Egypt and Saudi Arabia subsidiaries end to end across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, plus the regional platforms that matter to our audience. That covers strategy, calendar, creative direction, paid media, and reporting, in both Arabic and English. Your audience is sophisticated: board-certified plastic surgeons, practice managers, and aesthetic professionals who can spot generic medical marketing instantly. We're looking for someone who has already built an audience like this, can show the work, and can deliver independently across time zones.

What You'll Own

• Channel strategy: Set the roadmap and quarterly goals for each platform and each market. Decide what we post, why, and what it's meant to do for the business.
• Content direction: Own the editorial calendar and produce on-brand graphics, short-form video, Reels, and long-form LinkedIn content in Arabic and English. Adapt global ELIXIR MD INC content for the Egyptian and Saudi markets rather than translating it. Direct freelancers and outside creative as needed.
• Paid social: Plan and manage campaigns end to end, including audience build, creative testing, budget pacing, and CPL/CAC accountability by market.
• Community and advocacy: Manage comments and DMs, engage our regional surgeon community, and cultivate KOLs and brand advocates in Egypt and the Gulf into visible partners.
• Measurement: Report on engagement, follower growth, click-through, MQLs, and pipeline contribution. Bring recommendations, not just dashboards.
• Cross-functional partnership: Work remotely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Clinical Affairs in Irvine and with subsidiary leadership to align content with product launches, regional congresses, and publications. Keep all claims accurate and compliant in each market.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on social media management with demonstrated results, shown through a portfolio or case studies of accounts you grew and campaigns you ran
• Proven paid social experience with direct budget responsibility (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
• Fluent Arabic and English, with excellent writing in both and the range to sound credible to clinicians and compelling to consumers
• Experience marketing to Egyptian and Gulf audiences
• Proficiency with social management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or equivalent)
• Ability to translate clinical and scientific material into accurate, engaging content
• Proven ability to work remotely with an international team, with reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
• Self-directed and organized, able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously with minimal day-to-day supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or plastic surgery marketing experience
• Familiarity with healthcare advertising rules in Egypt and Saudi Arabia
• Experience working with surgeons, KOLs, or clinical influencers
• Hands-on video editing and motion graphics
• Experience supporting a sales team with social-sourced leads

Compensation

Competitive monthly base salary paid in USD, plus a performance-based bonus. In addition, ELIXIR MD INC offers:

Growth

As performance is demonstrated, this role can expand into greater ownership of regional marketing, including brand strategy, campaign leadership, budget authority, and management of creative resources. It has a path toward senior marketing or leadership roles across the Middle East. Compensation is reviewed periodically based on performance, judgment, reliability, and business needs. Advancement and increases are not guaranteed.

Work Environment

Full-time, fully remote from Egypt. Your schedule will include at least four hours of daily overlap with our Irvine, California team (Pacific Time) for meetings and reviews. Expect occasional evening or weekend work around product launches, campaigns, and industry events. On occasion, and with reasonable notice, you may be asked to support events, shoots, or congresses in person in Egypt or Saudi Arabia.
