The Role We're looking for a creative Social Media Motion Designer to craft compelling, platform-optimised video content that brings the B2Spin brand to life across social media. What You Will Do - Produce and edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, and beyond using Premiere Pro or similar tools - Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and social media best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across brand and campaign communications - Stay ahead of social media trends, applying strong short-form and long-form video techniques - Manage and track content tasks weekly, reviewing and actioning feedback promptly - Optimise video output for each platform to maximise engagement and visual impact What We Are Looking For - Hands-on experience producing and editing social media video content - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing tools - A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency - Solid understanding of platform-specific best practices across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Someone who keeps a pulse on trends and knows how to translate them into great content Why You Will Love It You'll have real creative ownership, working on content that reaches players across the globe.
