About Yaari

Yaari is a social dining and experiences platform that algorithmically matches verified members into small curated groups (4–6 people) for shared dinners, drinks, and coffee meetups at partner venues across Delhi NCR. We're on a mission to make real-world connection effortless for urban professionals — no swiping, no small talk pressure, just great people and great food. We're currently pre-launch on iOS, gearing up for a Delhi NCR-first rollout.

About the Role

We're looking for a scrappy, internet-native Social Media Outreach Intern to help us build buzz ahead of launch. You'll be at the center of our influencer and community outreach efforts — finding the right voices, starting conversations, and helping turn strangers into Yaari's earliest advocates.

This is an unpaid internship, ideal for someone who wants hands-on startup experience in growth, marketing, and brand-building — with real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Identify and build outreach lists of Delhi NCR micro and mid-tier influencers (food, lifestyle, and social/community creators)
• Send and follow up on DM outreach using our templates, adapting tone as needed per creator
• Track outreach status, responses, and collaboration terms in a shared tracker
• Support coordination for influencer collabs, barter deals, and hosted events
• Help identify potential collaboration partners: venues, creators, and community pages aligned with Yaari's vibe
• Monitor social conversations and trends relevant to Yaari's audience (24–38 y/o urban professionals)
• Assist with light content support — captions, story ideas, or repurposing creator content — as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active, fluent user of Instagram and social platforms — you know what a good DM or comment looks like
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers online and following up without being pushy
• Organized — able to manage outreach lists and track conversations without things falling through the cracks
• Strong written communication in English; casual, sharp, and on-brand
• Based in or familiar with the Delhi NCR creator/social scene is a plus
• Prior experience with influencer marketing, community management, or a college social media role is a bonus, not required
