Social Media Strategist

Currently in an Exclusive Beta Testing phase on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, BisChat is refining its core architecture and expanding its global tester community. Role Description The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in shaping BisChat’s online presence and community engagement across major social platforms. This full-time remote position involves developing and executing social media strategies, planning content calendars, and aligning campaigns with product milestones and beta releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and optimizing posts, monitoring performance metrics, managing interactions with users and early adopters, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to reflect brand messaging. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, supporting user acquisition campaigns, and helping to build a strong global brand voice for BisChat.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Public Relations skills to engage communities, manage feedback, and support brand reputation.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design cohesive narratives, editorial calendars, and platform-appropriate content pillars.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making for social media performance improvement.
• Familiarity with app-based products, tech startups, or consumer mobile platforms is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate across time zones, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
