Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Performance Practitioner, remote, with rotations to project sites around LAC. The practitioner will be responsible for conducting social impact assessments, engaging with stakeholders, designing and implementing social management plans, and ensuring compliance with international and local social performance standards. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on social performance activities while fostering collaboration with communities, clients, and team members.
