Job Qualifications: Admission to the Bar: The attorney should be licensed to practice law in at least one state, ensuring they are authorized to represent clients in disability hearings before administrative law judges. Documentation of SSA authorization to represent disability claimants is required. Specialization in Social Security Disability Law: Extensive experience and specialization in Social Security Disability law are desired.
