BU: Harris Recording Solutions offers software that efficiently and securely captures data and images of official records, vital records, and court documents. We make these records and documents available at the click of a button, creating revenue and cost-saving opportunities for our customers, and giving them tools they need to provide the highest level of service. Primary Functions : Work as key member of R&D team to analyze and program changes in core client-server product suite Utilize programming skills to ensure delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability Follow functional/technical specifications to ensure delivered code meets specifications Actively participate in code review and knowledge sharing sessions Job Qualifications: The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background. They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role: Minimum Qualifications: 6+ months of experience orchestrating AI agents in a AI SDLC 1+ years of experience with object-oriented programming using C# and TypeScript/JavaScript 1+ years of experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS that includes developing queries, stored procedures, and triggers Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding agents to analyze requirements, design solutions, generate code and tests, troubleshoot defects, and document changes. Ability to orchestrate AI agents through clear instructions, relevant context, effective task decomposition, iterative feedback, and corrective redirection. Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production-quality software using modern programming languages, frameworks, development tools, source control, testing, security, and maintainable coding practices. Ability to independently review and validate AI-generated code, tests, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, security, performance, maintainability, regression risk, and alignment with requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business needs into clear technical objectives and implementation plans. Willingness and ability to continuously learn new AI models, agentic tools, development workflows, and software engineering practices. Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and maintain accountability for all AI-generated deliverables. Additional Qualifications: Experience with ASP.NET MVC Experience with NHibernate, Entity Framework, or another ORM Knowledge of front-end development including Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, responsive web design, and JSON Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue Experience of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Experience with Infragistics and Atalasoft controls Experience with Cloud development Soft Skills: Self-starter, Fast learner Strong work ethics, requires minimal supervision Excellent communication skills Technology enthusiast The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
