Software Developer - Automation Solutions

About this Position The Automation Solutions Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on Power Platform and CoPilot Studio. The candidate will combine solution design and low-code/no-code development skills to create impactful solutions and drive process & business automation. The role includes evaluating and integrating new features and services related to Power Platform into existing frameworks and governance models. What you´ll do Design & develop reusable Power Apps and Flow templates and components. Define & adjust standards & guidelines, document templates. Design, develop and operate complex business solution based on Power Platform. Evaluate changes and new features and fit them into our governance model. Setup a Governance & Operations dashboard for regular steering and reporting. Participate in community and management meetings. Share knowledge with and support Power Factory team in shaping business solutions. Drive innovation through workshops/hackathons, pilot programs, and R&D initiatives. Monitor system health and steer operations of the platform. Ensure SLA's, completion of operational tasks, and successful completion of support tickets. Establish dashboards for usage, errors and licensing. What makes you a good fit 3 years of hands-on experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Strong experience in Power Platform. Power Apps: Canvas Apps Power Apps: Model-driven Apps CoPilot Studio Power Automate: Cloud Power Automate: Desktop Power BI (integration with Power Apps and Power Automate) Custom Connectors AI Builder Dataverse PP Admin Center SharePoint: OOTB Features (Lists, Document Libraries, etc.) SharePoint: JSON formatting C# , Node.JS/React.JS , PCF development , SPFx development , Azure DevOps are a plus.
