Salesforce Developer – Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with project objectives.
  • Participate in requirement grooming, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and identify technical dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, workflows, and other platform capabilities.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and appropriate integration mechanisms.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis to ensure quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Resolve defects identified during QA/UAT and provide timely technical support for application issues and enhancements.
  • Support deployment and release activities across development, testing, and production environments while following defined deployment and governance processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer to relevant team members, and support post-production stabilization and ongoing application maintenance.
