Due to the nature of track and tunnel operations, occasional flexibility outside normal office hours may be required. What You'll Do Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through to testing, deployment and support. Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Take ownership of assigned work and projects, with support and responsibility aligned to your level of experience. Contribute to the development of scalable, maintainable and well-tested software. Desirable Experience with Linux and containerised environments such as Kubernetes. Exposure to distributed systems or streaming technologies such as Kafka. Familiarity with Python and/or MATLAB. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools. Experience working within agile software development teams. Why McLaren? This is an opportunity to work on software that directly supports one of the most technologically advanced and high-performing environments in sport. You'll join a collaborative team, work alongside experts across multiple disciplines and contribute to solutions that make a real impact both at the factory and trackside. Whether you're at the start of your engineering career or already have significant industry experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop and help shape the future of performance at McLaren. We're particularly interested in candidates who are available to start in the near term, although all applications will be considered. Appointment level will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
