Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy production features across the frontend and backend.
- Work in fast development cycles where features can move from development to clinician beta and general availability within weeks.
- Contribute to integrations with EHR systems and the clinical workflows supported by our platform.
- Instrument, monitor, and continuously improve the systems you build through telemetry, error tracking, and feature-flagged releases.
- Write secure, reliable, and maintainable code that meets the requirements of a HIPAA-regulated environment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and engineering processes while helping improve development practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to solve technical and product challenges.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting physicians during US clinic hours.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to gather first-hand feedback and help accelerate integrations.

- Comfortable working primarily on either the frontend or backend, with curiosity and willingness to develop broader full-stack skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to LLMs, agentic development tools, or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud storage APIs, or SQL.
- Interest in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or regulated environments.
