Software Engineer

We are looking to hire a software engineer for a project to implement a product suite of software to embed in our PMS.

We are in the process of finalizing the implementation of a new PMS, and as a result, we will implemnent another suite of software that requires skills and knowledge of such products in order to complete the full process within a feasible timeframe.

We are looking to hire a person who knows our industry of Holiday Rentals, has experience, or has worked for at least one year in the industry, and understands the processes and dynamics of the Holiday Rentals world.

The job will require knowledge of AI software, housekeeping software, PMS, booking engine and Dynamic pricing systems.

We currently use obsolete versions of almost all of these process-driven products, and we are looking to improve them with new versions and new suppliers that have demonstrated to be able to give us what we are looking for in order to achieve a high level of automation whilst keeping control of our company, tone of voice, and quality of communication with both owners and guests. Accelerate and improve processes in areas that have become bottlenecks and help us scale.

Further requirements are:

• Teamwork ability
• Resident in Veneto, preferably in the metropolitan area of Venice
• Possibility to work from home and in our offices in Venice
• Extremely developed organizational skills

The time frame for the project realization is between October 2026 and February 2027.

The position is for a project manager who will terminate with the project itself.
