They’ve developed an industry leading serverless logistics integration software platform for 3PLs, Freight Forwarders, Shippers and SAAS providers who need to integrate with trading partners. Benefits Remote work PTOs Weekends off USD monthly payment Growth opportunities Schedule flexibility This is a hands-on role for a developer who is AI-native and also comfortable with traditional tooling such as version control. The work covers bug triage, security and error alerts, backlog tasks, and compliance needs. You will help automate the business and support the development team. The right person uses AI to cover gaps in their own knowledge and to expand that knowledge over time while offering support to the engineering team by automating internal business operations. Responsibilities Support the development team by automating repetitive internal tasks. Build automation for internal processes , both inside engineering and across other departments. Triage and clear the bug backlog, including bugs in AI-generated code. Monitor and respond to internal security alerts and error alerts. Work through backlog tasks and internal compliance requirements. Build internal dashboards and reporting for the engineering team. Write scripts and prompts; manage context and select the right model for each task. Check the reliability of agent-generated and model-generated code before it ships. 2-4 years of professional software development experience. Solid foundation in JavaScript and Node.js. Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL) and webhooks. Familiarity with MCP (Must have). Comfort with version control (Git) and standard development tooling. Serverless architecture or Terraform a plus. Real fluency with AI-assisted development: coding agents such as Cursor or Claude Code, prompting, and automating your own workflows. A habit of using AI to learn faster and to fill gaps in what you know. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving instinct. Above-average written and spoken English.
