Software Engineer (AI Focus)

On behalf of forward-thinking technology consultancy and product partner that designs and builds scalable, high-impact digital solutions for industry-leading global and enterprise clients in Northern Europe, we're on the lookout for Software Engineers with strong Back-End foundations and exposure with AI advancements who want to shape the future of software by integrating cutting-edge AI technologies directly into production systems.

If you enjoy solving complex backend architecture problems and have hands-on experience working with AI APIs, LLMs, RAG pipelines, this role is built for you.

What We Are Looking For

• Core Software Engineering Foundation: 2 - 5 years of professional experience with a primary focus on Software Engineering (with technologies such as Python, Node, Typescript, React)
• Hands-on AI Engineering Experience: Practical experience with AI technologies in at least one or more of the following areas:
• Previous experience working in AI-driven product companies or complex AI projects.
• Proven ability to deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Integration of AI services and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Front-End Familiarity (Nice to Have): Basic experience or comfort with Front-End frameworks is a plus, but the core focus remains squarely on Back-End Engineering & AI Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable Back-End of both Back and Front -End systems.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production workflows (RAG, API integrations, context/prompt orchestration).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex AI requirements into reliable, production-ready features.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
