Software Engineer — Build, Own & Shape Our SaaS

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer based in Italy, Spain, Poland, or Czechia who loves solving hard problems, taking accountability, and building scalable SaaS products that power the modern Microsoft 365 workspace.

What You Will Own

• End-to-End Delivery: Take broad product challenges from concept to deployment. You won't just write code; you'll design solutions, write tests, and ensure reliability in production.
• Architectural Decisions: Make key technology and design choices that shape the scalability, performance, and security of our core SaaS applications.
• Continuous Evolution: Challenge the status quo. Identify friction in our systems, UI, or workflows, and proactively implement fixes while leveraging cutting-edge platform updates.
• Technical Excellence: Craft clean, modern user interfaces and high-throughput backend services. While our ecosystem leverages React, .NET/C#, and Azure, we value your ability to pick up technologies and solve complex engineering problems over memorized syntax.
