This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI-powered marketing platform that enables businesses to activate customer data directly from their data warehouse.

Location: United States or Canada / Remote

Compensation: $180K - $320K base + competitive equity

Employment type: Full-time

About the role

You will work on the systems that power the syncing engine, which is crucial for both customers and internal engineering teams. This role involves tackling challenges in distributed systems, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to enhance the capability to handle large volumes of customer data. You will work on a multi-cloud and multi-region infrastructure, supporting a global customer base.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize sync speed for data transfers to destinations like Facebook and Snapchat
• Develop real-time syncing capabilities, including support for streaming sources like webhooks and queues
• Address scalability and reliability challenges to support rapid growth
• Enhance the Personalization API for real-time personalization use cases with low latency
• Extend multi-region and multi-cloud backend to support data residency requirements
