Software Engineer (FastAPI) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in FastAPI, you will develop high-performance asynchronous APIs to power modern web applications. You will leverage Python's modern features to ensure our backend services are scalable, well-documented, and highly efficient.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop high-performance asynchronous REST APIs using the FastAPI framework.

- Implement robust data validation and serialization by leveraging Python type hints and Pydantic.

- Ensure comprehensive API documentation through automatic OpenAPI and Swagger integration.

- Optimize application performance by utilizing asynchronous programming patterns and efficient resource management.

- Collaborate with frontend teams to define clear API contracts and ensure seamless integration across the stack.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Python and API development.

- Proven expertise in building high-performance asynchronous APIs using the FastAPI framework.

- Deep understanding of Python type hints and the implementation of RESTful API standards.

- Proficiency in leveraging automatic OpenAPI documentation for scalable service architectures.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
