Infor are seeking an Software Engineer (3-4 years experience) who is passionate about developing high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver products that drive business value for our customers. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who thrive in collaborative, agile environments and are eager to grow technical and leadership skills.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software features aligned with business needs.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and Infor development standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and daily stand-ups to ensure software quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues.
- Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies to improve product performance and reliability.
- Support deployment activities and maintain the health of production environments.
- Document technical decisions, processes, and best practices to contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more programming languages (GoLang). 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Golang as the primary programming language, with working proficiency in Python as a secondary language
- Experience of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud technologies, and relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Advanced working knowledge of Golang (primary) and Python (secondary)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
