What you’ll own

• Drive innovation and operational excellence through the delivery of new features, services, and product enhancements.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive web applications across multiple devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and cross-functional teams to implement requirements and improve product usability.

• Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, security requirements, and software engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues across development, testing, and production environments.

• Leverage CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development practices to improve software quality, efficiency, and delivery.

• Provide technical leadership through solution design, implementation coordination, release support, and consistent delivery of commitments.

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Ionic.

• 5+ years of experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with modern software delivery practices including Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, DevOps, and automation.

• Strong experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, AI agent-driven development, and DevOps tools including Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, and Maven.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

• Proficiency in complex SQL and relational databases such as Snowflake, DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server, along with development tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, and Visual Studio Code.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams and time zones.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience with data streaming (i.e. Kafka), data messaging and event driven systems
