Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team on feature design and implementation, with a focus on quality, robustness, and testability
- Create test strategies for new product features
- Design and build automated correctness and performance test suites for parallel algorithms and GPU infrastructure
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and CI/CD infrastructure
- Investigate, diagnose, and report complex software defects
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering,or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with an object-oriented programming language, such as Java or C++, is required
- Proficiency in MATLAB is a plus
- Familiarity with GPU-accelerated parallel computing or deep learningis a plus
- Test automation experience is a plus
- Experience using agentic tools in development tasks is a plus
- Ability to multitask, triage issues, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
