About Paraglide Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind Anthropic, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Twitch. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster. We're a team of 20, based in Malmö and London. This role moves between both offices and remote work. Who we're looking for You're in your 4th or final year of computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and you haven't waited for a job to start building. You have projects of your own and a taste for problems without an obvious answer. University isn't moving fast enough for you. How we work End to end: you take a problem, shape the product, build it, ship it, run it. We build our software with AI and spend real engineering time making that work well. So recognizing good code matters more here than knowing any particular language. What you get Production code in week one, and a say in what we build next. Paid, with hours that bend around your studies. We don't do unpaid internships. Senior engineers to learn from, and code review that makes you better fast. Malmö as your base, with time in London and remote work when it fits. The goal is a full-time role when you graduate. Our stack TypeScript front to back. NestJS, Next.js, Postgres with Prisma.
